Lived here for 7 months already, never been disturbed by anyone at any point, at night there’s not much of a light, therefore some places look super dark and creepy, but nothing ever happened Places that I marked as unsafe, those are during the night as there are some drunken people walking around, just to point that out

in the city center there may be sone shady looking people and some may bother you verbally but it is not so common. there are some areas which are not the safest but those are mainly outside of the city center where big block houses are. there is a hill Mecsek and that area is safe almost all of the time. i live around there and i could walk there even in the night unbothered.

pretty safe!! only students who drink too much sometimes can become aggressive, but that’s still better than in Western Europe or Russia from where i come from. Overall I would rate safety as 8/10 for women
