Is Sillamäe Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

I felt very safe there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Although some people didn’t understand Estonian and had to talk Russian. But overall people spoke Estonian and probably could have spoken English if needed. Really recommend walking in the town. It’s so pretty and magical. Also really recommend Sillamäe museums. Really interesting if you’re interested in history.
