Is Kuressaare worth visiting?

Group travel

I've been there multiple times, mostly off season for work. Some hotels are more run down than others. I felt safe going for a run alone after dark, the city is so small and quiet it's hard to imagine any crimes happening. There's not much to see but there's a lot of good restaurants and bars for such a small city.
