Is Huaihua safe for solo female travelers?

Huaihua in China generally has a good standard of safety. The crime rate is relatively low and it has a persistent police presence which promotes safety. As a visitant, always adhere to standard safety measures, like avoiding remote areas at night and not flashing valuable items in public. Locals are friendly and approachable, which greatly contributes to the overall sense of safety.
