Traveling on a RTW ticket 2024-2025 - includes a long break in the middle in the US. I’ve visited Spain, Slovenia, Hungary, Morocco, Egypt, Jordan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Hong Kong and the Philippines. Next up I’m returning to the Philippines (my trip was interrupted by a typhoon), then Australia. Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and back to Europe.

Hello! i’m Isabella and i’m from Florida! I’m 23 years old and i’m looking for a friend or friends to join me on my Scotland trip from May 16-25 2025. i’m interested in hiking as well as exploring cities :) I’m easy going and a down to earth person. If we have the same sense of humor you will be my best friend lol
I had the experience to travel to St. Petersburg in March 2022. It was my second time visiting Florida, with my first trip being to Key West. I went with a group as apart of the Outdoor Adventure Club at my university. I got a great deal because we drove down and the college gave a discounted price including excursions every day. It was worth every penny! St. Petersburg was a beautiful city, and I had a great time. We stayed at the Dolphin Beach Resort, which was beachfront and had a pool. The hotel was great and we had no issues, other travelers were generally an older crowd. There was an AMAZING coffee shop across the street, next to the Publix called Cafe Soleil. I went every morning for the delicious coffee and pastries as well as the extremely kind owner. I even got pastries to bring home with me—they were that good! As for transportation, we had the college van so we did not use public transportation. But there was a bus station close by with cheap tickets to Clearwater. We had activities planned each day, including a sunset cruise, deep sea fishing and eating the fish we caught, a day on Egmont Key (a must if you can—the island has remarkable history and the bluest water), paddle boarding, and a day in Clearwater. I enjoyed every activity but Egmont Key was my favorite. I always felt safe, and prices at stores and restaurants were reasonable and not out of the ordinary. I would definitely recommend St. Pete’s, and it would be the perfect location for a lowkey solo traveller looking for a more quant and relaxed city in Florida.
