Hello fellow female travellers and hosts! I’m Sofie, 23 years old and coming from Denmark. I am a curious and calm person who loves to learn more about cultures, people and ways of living. About me

Hi, I am currently hiking in Denmark, my home country - for the first time:) - so I can’t really be a host, but maybe you can stay in my apartment for yourself (I also have some family sleeping there on occasion while I’m away). Best idea ever to have this thing just for women. I am a very curious person, and also a hermit, love talking and being silent (alone and together). All the best <3

About Me

As a seasoned traveler and anthropologist, I've spent years blooming into explorations of diverse cultures, from the bustling streets of Asia to the serene jungles of Central America. My passion lies in connecting young people and fostering cross-cultural understanding. I've worked on youth projects in Australia, Africa, volunteered at children's homes in Cambodia, and explored issues of gender identity and wellbeing across continents, specifically Europe in recent years. I’m eager to share my passion for exploring and connecting with people from all walks of life. With a deep appreciation for diversity, I’m here to connect with likeminded and different-minded people and create a journey that’s as meaningful as it is fun ☀️

Is Aarhus worth visiting?

Family travel

It was pretty safe, it's a cute charming calm city. I recommend the deer park to the south of the city, with the beach next door it's a great walk. The museum not to be missed is the ARoS museum, a museum of contemporary and classical art visible from all over the city with its rainbow panorama. And don't forget to pass by the nice latin neighborhood.

Aarhus is a very cute city with something for everyone. It’s a very cultural city where you get a good insight into the danish everyday life. I was there during the AARHUS FESTUGE which is a week of cultural activity such as concerts and events
