About me

Born and raised in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, I've had the privilege of calling this unique island home for many years, with a dozen years spent away. This experience has given me a deep appreciation for our rugged coastlines, vibrant culture, and warm hospitality. My journey through life, including a battle with cancer, has taught me to cherish every moment and find beauty in the world around us. This perspective, coupled with my passion for photography, allows me to capture and share the magic of Newfoundland with others. Whether it's whale watching, exploring colorful St. John's, hiking the East Coast Trail, or enjoying live music in local pubs, I love experiencing all that our province has to offer. My camera is always ready to capture these moments. I'm eager to share insider tips, local knowledge, and photography advice with fellow travelers. If you have any questions about Newfoundland, feel free to reach out. Let's discover the wonders of this extraordinary place together!

Is St. John's worth visiting?

Solo travel

St. John's was a beautiful little city surrounded by natural beauty. Signal hill is right next to downtown and has lovely hiking trails where you can see whales from shore. Newfoundland has a unique culture and the friendliest people.
