frensh bellow Friendly and always ready for an adventure, I love exploring new cultures and enjoying life’s simple, carefree moments. I study sociology and anthropology, so I’m endlessly curious about the world and the people in it. I’m just as happy spending a night dancing — from electro to salsa — as I am playing board games, having long chats with friends, or watching indie films. I enjoy hiking, climbing, and living simply with the essentials, and I always try to keep a positive outlook.

Hi, I’m Britt, 26 years old and I’m passionate about a lot of things! ☺️ I love travelling, cooking, yoga, eating, nature, surfing, spinning, pole dancing, taking care of children… I can make a long list haha 🩵 That’s why ended up as a nanny of 2 childeren I adore & as a vegan holistic health coach. My heart and soul is in those things and that’s what I mostly try to do: putting my heart and soul in every small thing I do in my day. Only then I can feel like I’m living my life the way I want to! 🧚♀️🫶

Hi! I'm a busy student at the University of Ghent. Animals are my passion, more specifically horses. I enjoy loads of little projects and social activities. As a board member of a student organisation, I love to spend my evenings with friends in the city, doing activities or organising them. My hobbies and interests are very broad, from caring for my horse, to poledancing or ballroom dancing, to crocheting or reading a book (these last two are less prominent these days due to my busy schedule unfortunately). Travelling has always had a special place in my heart, I work hard throughout the year to finance my little trips with friends. More than 5 months spent without travelling makes me go crazy!🤪 Italy has a very special place in my heart and tends to be my go-to destination when I need an escape from daily life in Ghent!

I spent 2,5 days in Brussels and half a day in Bruges. I loved the European District, especially the House of European History, the Parlamentarium and the Hemicycle visit. If you're interested in politics or history, it's definitely worth a visit. I stayed at IBIS (city centre) and felt quite safe, though I was overly careful after reading reviews about how unsafe Brussels is supposed to be. The only place I felt worried was Brussels Midi Train Station. People were begging in front of the escalators, in such a way that you can hardly get off the escalator without them being directly in your face. There is a high police presence at this train station though, so in spite of my experience, I did not feel genuinely unsafe. I would, however, keep a closer look on my belongings in this area. I had to ask for directions in Brussels a few times and people were always kind and helpful. One more thing: If you take the underground, be aware that they have multiple lines driving on the same tracks at the same platform! Make sure you get on the right train.
Posted: September 26, 2025I went to Antwerp with my partner, and it's truly one of my favorite cities of all time!! Amazing culture, beautiful architecture and lovely atmosphere. It's such an open minded city, I never once felt in danger. Since my partner is vegan I was scared our meal options would be pretty limited but every restaurant we went to had vegan options, even some friteries had veggie options of local delicacies! Foodie heaven. I also recommend getting the museum pass if you want to see the more cultural aspect of the city. It's around 70 euros and you get free entry to almost every cultural spot in Belgium for an entire year! Super worth it even for a one week stay.
