Hey everyone! Im recently new to this app, and have been a *local* in wisconsin since 2019! Im a solo parent, work full time remotely, and also am a certified personal trainer! I am hoping to start traveling more frequently since my daughter is 8 now! She's super mature, and highly responsible and just ball of sunshine! Similar to i guess myself. Im a very optimistic individual, very positive, high energy, and have a love for self growth, books, coffee, nature, and all things active! But I also enjoy moments of simple bliss. Taking it easy, slowing down and soaking up whatever the days have to offer me! We have a trip coming up in december to new york and we would love to possibly find hosting or some locals to connect with to show us all around or give us all the tips! We havent been there before but absolutely want to appreciate all the Christmas festivities that it has to offer. Rockefeller, ice skating, hot chocolate (dairy free for me!), fifth ave, harry potter store, Alice's tea store, among others! Making connections there, or here or around the world would be so wonderful! I hope i can connect with many of you ☀️

Hello fellow travel-lovers, I am excited to be here with like-minded ladies that enjoy seeing other places and making lasting memories that involve new foods, friends and spaces! I live in Virginia (about 2 hours from DC airport) and really close to Old Rag with hiking opportunities galore! although I've never hiked it. I love to travel and have visited England, Turkey, Greece, Switzerland, France, Germany, Mexico, Scotland, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and have done a decent amount of traveling in the United States. I love meeting new people and would love to have the opportunity to host you if you'll be in my area. I work as a private care-giver, I enjoy animals of all shapes and size, I speak a smattering of Spanish and even smaller amount of Arabic. I find both languages beautiful.

Hey all! I just discovered this app and wish I had it several times over the years. I was born and raised in small town Wisconsin but I’ve done a decent amount of traveling. My winters are consumed with curling and spring, summer, and fall I’m busy on my family’s large scale vegetable farm. Some places on my bucket list are New Zealand, Scotland, Japan, Costa Rica, Brazil, and explore more of Canada.

Is Madison safe for women?

I stayed in Madison for a month in January/February. I often went for walks at night because the days are short in winter, and I always felt safe. I did everything on foot or by public transportation, day and night, and no one bothered me, but I did sometimes encounter drug addicts on the bus. It can be stressful traveling alone at night, so I usually sat near the driver in those cases!
