I live here since 2013 and never experienced any threat to life and health You may get some extra attention from men on the street if wearing skirt or beautiful dress but not more than words, I only got compliments or stupid questions which I just ignore. This is my personal experience, please don’t rely entirely on it.

Rostov On Don is historically criminal city. It often showed in movies. Now the overage level of crime is like… normal? I can’t say I feel completely safe, but I can walk in night, I can use public transport. I’m afraid as most women are. But I got used to it
