if you are in Arezzo you just need to stay far away from the train station, sometimes we have these groups of people who either like u a lot or don’t like u at all. personally i don’t have issues with any of them, but i suggest to see other places, stay away from prato as well

I have felt really safe at all times in Arezzo whilst walking home on my own at night. Of course there are many people asking for help however they keep their distance and understand when you say no. They do not persist. I stayed in a B&B which was lovely however an error in judgement as I did not have access to a kitchen or living area, somewhere to sit and unwind. Arezzo is connected to many popular villages by train as well.
