Sherbrooke is a very safe place, a lot of students live here! You can walk as a solo female here, even at night! Public transportation is also very safe, people are kind and I have never felt in danger here!

It's pretty safe, but I still wouldn't recommend walking alone at night! However, I've never been robbed or attacked, and I don't mind if I don't lock my door before leaving my apartment!
Posted: December 27, 2024It is a University city. In the summer, it is very quiet. Sherbrooke is surrounded by nature. There are mountains (small) around and a lake in the city center. The transport system is not very good, so many citizens have cars. For students, the transportation is free for buses. It is very safe here as it is a small city.
