Is Neuquén Province safe for solo female travelers?

I have never been robber or anything like that on the streets eventhough i do walk alone at diferent hours arround the city, even after dark. In 20 years there have only been 2 robbery atempts to My house, both of them failed due to our big dog and the safety protections we have like locking doors and window protections.
