About me

Hello! My name is Carsen and I’m a busy professional LA native living in Van Nuys in the San Fernando Valley, about 25 minutes from LAX (one very convenient bus called the Flyaway goes from LAX to Van Nuys just down the street from me). I have a very large but incredibly friendly dog, a cat, and live in a house. I have a boyfriend who stays over on weekends, so if you’re here over a weekend he may be around. He has two little dogs that come with him. I'm a veteran solo traveler - I took my first solo trip at 18 and have taken many since. Traveling alone has been one of the most liberating experiences of my adulthood and I'm glad to find a community that values that too 🥹 I take a month off every summer and try to find new places to go. I am hoping to find friends in new cities and make memories! I have hosted a few times from TL and I've had lovely experiences so I am hoping to keep it going. I am able to host about once a month or so. If I'm not able to host, still very happy to grab a coffee and make a new friend if time permits.

About me

I’m a high school language teacher, and although I’m older, I have a youthful attitude. I like to meet new people, try new food, and learn something new as I explore new places. I prefer spending longer times in 1 place rather than a day or two in many places. Plain and simple. I love to host visitors and take them around, too.

About me

Hello ladies! I'm Megan and I'm 32 years old. I'm on the app because I love to travel and meet new people. In a typical week at home (Pueblo, Colorado, USA), you can find me taking long walks or going roller skating at the park after work and playing with my cats in the evening. I enjoy going to queer spaces, reading, exploring, and taking classes to learn new skills. The last class I took was on how to turn silverware into rings and that was super fun! My intention is to travel to Greece in September of 2025 for the Skala Eressos gathering on Lesvos from Sept 7-20. I am a lesbian and am excited to be around people who will love and accept that side of me at the gathering. Ideally, someone can host me during that time!

About me

Hi my name is Athena and I'm visiting Belgium for the first time to volunteer on local organic farms! I love having language exchange and cultural exchange experiences! I also love the idea of this women-supported community that can bring people off other social media and reduce services like Airbnb that drive up local housing prices.

Atascadero, Solo travel

I love LOVE Atascadero. though I will say it was the town I stayed in because of my grandpa, the area around Atascadero is the nicest wineries beautiful scenery Paso Robles is the wine country where most American Wineries actually source their grapes. sadly, I didn't sample. However, I loved the Sculptera winery, where they have the largest metal sculptors amongst the tastings and vineyards. Madonna Inn is a must for the beautiful pink hotel and bakery/ boutique/ cafe/ wine celler I've started coffee shops, so I also tour around to get inspiration for setup taste and design, and I loved Jobellas and BRU, but there are so much more a couple of towns down, you have themed bnbs and downtown. San Luis Obispo has a quaint airport and train (Take a train if you can because of the experience )
