Travel has helped me heal so many internal scars and I think its so important for those who can, to do so. Theres so much to see and I live on only a sand grains portion of earth. Im down to thrift or stay home and bake cookies and Im a huge cat lady. I have 2 fur sons names lucky and yoda. I would love to exchange culture and travel stories, recipes, ect. High School at Hickory High in Chesapeake. Moved back to Katy Texas in 2001 to Graduate from James E Taylor in Katy Texas. Married in 2002 and moved to Hempstead Texas. Divorced in 2007 and moved back to Katy Texas. Married again in 2015 moved up to Richardson Texas in 2016. Quit my executive position at a large well known Insurance Carrier to come back to Katy to help my daughter raise my granddaughter in 2025. Hola hola! My name is Sophie, and I love learning, adventure, and people. I grew up with a busy and boisterous family so I love any chance I get to spend with other families, spending lots of time playing with kids, and hearing other people's stories! I very much like being outside - playing any sports, running, hiking, anything. I'm also a big fan of the arts - so anything reading/literature, music, writing, theatre, I'm there. (probably) My favorite thing to do is learn new things - my most recent skills I've been learning are pool and frisbee (lol) but truly and genuinely love working at something and growing in an area. With workaway especially I was hoping to make progress in learning French! I do have a very small part-time online job, so whatever place I stay I would need to take a few hours a week to use my computer to complete my tasks. I've traveled pretty frequently around the country with my family, been to at least half the states in the country. There are so many places with several different activities, almost every state has something available for larger parties, especially families!
