Hello everyone! I’m Fatma. I have been working as a teacher in İstanbul for six years. I love travelling and solo-travel has become kind of a therapy for me over the years:) If you are in İstanbul, I can show you around at weekends and give you some tips as well. You can ask any questions, please don’t be shy. My home is a bit far from the touristic places, but if you need a place to crash you can come over:)

Heyy, I'm Ece. I recently moved to Istanbul for my first job, and I'm saving up for masters (which will take quite some time -so wish me luck!) I like going into the nature, music and food exchange and the beauty of daily simple pleasures. My biggest passion is cooking international food. I also enjoy reading books and sharing quotes with my friends so we can reflect together. I've been to Balkan countries, Italy, Germany, Czechia(where I did my Erasmus, so it has a special place in my heart. ) Poland, Oslo(my first ever solo trip was unbelievably smooth and full of adventures), Austria, Slovakia and Hungary. In my travels, I like to check off my must-see spots first so that I can get lost in streets, connect with locals, try all the local food, and do some shopping. I know I shouldn't hold on to the things I buy while traveling, but they make me feel alive haha I love international environments, deep talks about our 20s, cozy candle light book sessions, minimalism. Sometimes I feel the urge to get out of my comfort zone - after all, we only live once, right? "What you are now, we once were; what we are now, you shall be."

Hey, I’m Beyza. I’m 19, obsessed with traveling, and currently on a mission: 19 countries before I turn 20. I’m spending my gap year exploring the world while collecting ideas for my future social enterprise. Yes, I travel like I’m running a field research project. In September 2026, I’m planning to start university in either Italy or the US. I love meeting new people, spontaneous plans, getting lost (and then pretending it was part of the plan), and analyzing every city like a case study. Ig: Wispybeyza

I’m an Istanbulite currently living in Ankara. 26 and a last year med student, I live very close to downtown. Not a party animal but I occasionally enjoy going out for drinks (I’m much more of a home person though). If I have the time I’m always down for coffee and a chat. Depending on my availability (mental and physical) I can host you, though usually either for a night or two tops. I live alone but the hospital can really kick my ass sometimes, so I have to keep stays on the shorter side. Any questions about guidance around the city, just ask!

Lots of things to do and see. They have nice resorts, I personally preferred staying in a city, Istanbul. Great public transport. It's really fun bargaining there and so many cats. Maybe be a little careful about the food, generally safe though and try all the teas!
