It was safe. We swam in gorgeous Beaches. The sea was amazing. All the food was delicious. But it was too hot for me. I used sun cream like hourly but even that much wasn't enough. I got some kind of allergy on my skin.

Solo travel

First of all city is has amazing beaches. I can recommend Ölüdeniz, Çalış, Kidrak, and Sea me beach. ps: Sea me is a little expensive and çalış is wavy. City is pretty safe until the late hours you can walk at streets. You can go old town called Paspatur in the evening there are great bars and live music. Transformation is 12 turkish lira you can go anywhere with busses. You should definitely taste turkish food. Try everything you see cause they are all amazing.

Koycegiz is a small town next to Marmaris, on the Turkish west coast. 🇹🇷 The advantage of going to Koycegiz is that it is not known by tourists. It's touristy on a local scale so there are still activities to do. There is a huge lake, surrounded by mountains. 🏔 The farthest activity to do is the boat trip which will take you across the lake to the Turkish baths, mud baths and hot baths. Then you will take the boat back to the tombs of the kings, engraved in the rock. Then you will eat grilled fish directly on board the boat. Finally you will go to the turtle beach! 🐢 The excursion lasts all day and only costs 300 lyras (12€)!!! It’s truly amazing and so inexpensive!! One of my best experiences 🤩
