I’m Dide, and I have a strong background in gender studies, humanitarian work, and data analysis. I’ve worked with international organizations like Save the Children and IOM - UN Migration, where I gained experience in grants management, program development, and medical assistance. Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cologne, and my research has focused on gendered language in politics. I’m passionate about feminism, psychology, and contemporary literature, and I’ve taken courses in feminist philosophy and psychoanalysis. Beyond work and academia, I love ceramics, modern dance, and arthouse cinema. I also enjoy yoga and meditation, but I prefer in-person sessions rather than online ones. Recently, I’ve been into personal reflection and journaling, which helps me stay grounded.

I travelled and stayed at a hotel alone but I did meet up my cousin there. Staying alone at the hotel felt safe. I didn't stay in the old town/city center. I stayed in a quieter area. I walked alone in the dark too and didn't feel scared. I used the hotel shuffle bus to go to the beach. I didn't experience the public transport or taxis because I was lucky enought to have my cousin drive me around. I suggest visiting the beautiful beaches, eating local kebab and manti dumplings, visiting the Land of Legends and other sights.

It was quite safe in Muğla and people were so sweet and helpful. You can even stay on the beach at night they say. I visited Bodrum Bitez, Akyaka, Ören and Didim. Didim is in Aydın. Bodrum was so beautiful, I definitely recommend seing Bodrum Castle, there is a great scenery as you can see it on my photos. Also you can reach many bays by following a kinda difficult to past path which is in Marina, close to Bitez. You can go to Bitez and ask the locals about it. There is a Aquarium Bay you can reach by walking in that challenging bay for 45-60 minutes. It is such an adventure!!! Akyaka has one of the coldest lake, it was a great experience, there were ducks, it was so sweet. Also there are easily reachable bays. Ören’s and Didim’s sea was amazing, too. Didim is quite crowded, tough.
