About me
Hi! I'm Ilse. I live in a small town south of Rotterdam in The Netherlands. I study in Rotterdam to become a teacher (I'm currently teaching 4-6 year olds). I have my own tiny sailboat where I spend my summers and sail around the lakes of Zeeland (southern provence of The Netherlands). I'm also a volunteer at my local scouts group where I am leader of a group of 11-15 year olds. Thats also where I found my passion for camping and long distance walking (and drinking a good glass of wine haha). I also love to crochet. My name is Manon (35) from Rotterdam. I've been hosting and meeting up with people trough couchsurfing for years. But this weekend a female traveler that I hosted recommended this app to me and I must say I love the Vibes ♥️ I love to solo travel and will mostly be on a roadtrip around Europe when on vacation. When im home I host travelers on couchsurfing and hopefully soon here. About me, I love seeing bands live our going to a festival and am a major foodie. Recommendations for restaurants our local bands are verry appreciated. I love to meetup with people on my solo trips to get to know the country and the culture more. I was in Rotterdam in the Sommer and I felt really safe. City is really nice, but you can see most of it in one day. I went to the two hours cruse with boat , and I was disappointed. They show you just the Industry side of the city.
