Salut, Coucou, Hello, as you wish, I love them all ☺️ I'm Mathilde, Mathou for my close ones. I live in Bordeaux, where I work as a psychologist with people who live with disabilities. I love cinema (without "male gaze"), walking, taking photos, watching videos from politic specialists, activists, talking about my job, learning, watching asmr videos, speaking english, music, writing, singing, hearing people talking about their passions, swimming, playing tennis, make people laugh, postcards, magnets and coasters.... And roller coasters. I've got anxiety but I work on it, the few first minutes being inside a group of unknown people are difficult for me but I love it ! I'm vegetarian, which means I only eat grass. I don't have à perfect english but I would love to improve it with you, in Bordeaux (my beloved city) or anywhere else ! I can't wait to travel and meet people from other horizons ☺️ 👋

Hello, fellow lady travellers! I'm Marion, and I'm originally from Bordeaux but I've only moved back here a few years ago. I work in graphic design at the moment, though I'm always looking for opportunities in other creative jobs! I loveee travelling to bigger cities, and then also to more remote areas to go on hikes. Travelling alone is something I enjoy, it's not the same experience as travelling with friends and it really allows to meet lots of wonderful people, and live like a local. :)

I loved Bordeaux, we stayed at Eklo Hotel as a sustainable option and we really had a good time there. Also the breakfast was amazing! It is located next to the botanic park and Darwin Ecosystem, an alternative area in the city. We got there in public transport and the station is a bit far from the most interesting areas, so if you have a lot of things, I recommend taking a taxi from there. We were there for 5 days, so we took advantage of the Bordeaux City Card 72h that included most of the museums and access to public transport, including a little boat over the river, very useful to visit "La Cité du Vin" and "Basin des lumières". As we had some more time, we took a train to Libourne, a cozy smaller town where we enjoyed good food at a Medieval building "Le Zinc". In Bdx we had great food options, but the ones we recommend the most were the restaurant In Darwin Ecosystem, "Møna Bordeaux", "Umami ramen" and "Baud et Millet".

Solo travel
Bordeaux is safe during the daytime, but you have to be careful at night, especially in the old town. I was followed by four men to the station after sunset, which was just a short walk to the station.
