About me
Hi, my name is Katya (a short form of my name), and I’m a violinist and photographer. In the upcoming academic year, I’ll be finishing my master’s degree in solo violin performance. I’m not very good at talking about myself, but in short, I can say that I really love traveling and the feeling of freedom. Despite being an introvert, I enjoy meeting new people and helping out when I can. I play in various orchestral projects as a violinist, organize classical music concerts in a church in Brussels, and I’m generally open to new experiences. My native language is Russian. I speak English well and am currently learning French (my level is somewhere between B1 and B2), and I plan to learn more languages in the near future. My dream is to go on a trip across different countries for at least 3–4 months 🙆♀️🧳

Is Liège safe for female travelers?

Solo travel
I did not feel too safe there. The city is quite grey. But i do recommend going to the very very high staircase, climbing to the top and taking in the view. That was beautiful. I can also reccommend taking the trains, they were good and i felt safe.
