frensh bellow Friendly and always ready for an adventure, I love exploring new cultures and enjoying life’s simple, carefree moments. I study sociology and anthropology, so I’m endlessly curious about the world and the people in it. I’m just as happy spending a night dancing — from electro to salsa — as I am playing board games, having long chats with friends, or watching indie films. I enjoy hiking, climbing, and living simply with the essentials, and I always try to keep a positive outlook.

My heart and soul is in those things and that’s what I mostly try to do: putting my heart and soul in every small thing I do in my day. Hi! I'm a busy student at the University of Ghent. Animals are my passion, more specifically horses. I enjoy loads of little projects and social activities. As a board member of a student organisation, I love to spend my evenings with friends in the city, doing activities or organising them. My hobbies and interests are very broad, from caring for my horse, to poledancing or ballroom dancing, to crocheting or reading a book (these last two are less prominent these days due to my busy schedule unfortunately). Travelling has always had a special place in my heart, I work hard throughout the year to finance my little trips with friends. More than 5 months spent without travelling makes me go crazy!🤪 Italy has a very special place in my heart and tends to be my go-to destination when I need an escape from daily life in Ghent!
Everything was perfect and I love Belgium and its people also its weather and food. I had friends there thats why I decided to go and this is why I am still looking for the best time to go there. I love chocolate in Belgium

I spent 2,5 days in Brussels and half a day in Bruges. I loved the European District, especially the House of European History, the Parlamentarium and the Hemicycle visit. If you're interested in politics or history, it's definitely worth a visit. I stayed at IBIS (city centre) and felt quite safe, though I was overly careful after reading reviews about how unsafe Brussels is supposed to be. The only place I felt worried was Brussels Midi Train Station. People were begging in front of the escalators, in such a way that you can hardly get off the escalator without them being directly in your face. There is a high police presence at this train station though, so in spite of my experience, I did not feel genuinely unsafe. I would, however, keep a closer look on my belongings in this area. I had to ask for directions in Brussels a few times and people were always kind and helpful. One more thing: If you take the underground, be aware that they have multiple lines driving on the same tracks at the same platform! Make sure you get on the right train.
