Hi! I’m Ella, a 4th-year business student from British Columbia, Canada. I’ll be studying abroad this year, first in Salzburg, Austria, and then in France, and I’m hoping to make the most of my time in Europe through travel, hiking, skiing, and spontaneous adventures. I’ve played competitive volleyball for most of my life (including at the university level), so I’m always up for anything active or outdoorsy. I also love exploring new cities, fashion, art, and music festivals, whether it’s rock, EDM, country, or indie, I’m there! I’d say I’m a budget traveler with a “worth-it” mindset, happy to keep things simple but willing to splurge for a good experience or memory. “Won’t spend an extra $25 to sit together on the plane, but would spend $150 to get into a luxurious spa” haha. Hey there, I'm Dari, 25 y.o., born in Siberia, and Austria is my Number 7 country of residence which cost me my mental health but also gave me lots of awesome memories! I lost myself many times, but at the same time I saw beautiful places, met amazing people, and lived through all the ups and downs of being a newcomer. More than 7 years ago I started solo travelling, and found out that there are so many people thriving to see the world just like me! This is truly inspiring! I love travelling more than anything else, but also trying to reduce the carbon trace by not going anywhere out of my institute except vacation destinations. I also try to cycle, walk and hike as much as possible, love every single step I make on my own! 🌱 Studies and research take the most of my daily life which I truly enjoy and adore, thus it leads me to some random passions instead of long-term hobbies. Hiking and cycling are must in my life, but I also like watching fashion shows and tennis, which I do occasionally. I love making videos about my trips, draw and write poems, but I never get time for anything so I ended up with laundry and groceries being my only permanent hobbies. I also really love trying new things, this year was lucky to play golf and paint with oil for the first time and hopefully will get to paragliding or surfing in the nearest future! I never stop setting new goals and challenge myself, I believe life goes fast so take it all while you can!

I am Sarah (she/her) a 24 year old living in Salzburg. There I study Communication, Culture and Participation with a focus on Diversity, Gender and Equity. I am passionate about learning & spreading knowledge about gender equality. I work in a Salzburg-based initiative that empowers women from diverse backgrounds through intercultural dialogue, workshops, and community events. I also love dance, music, crocheting, horses and photography - currently I am building my portfolio as a concert photographer. Most often I find myself travelling to new placee because of an event that is taking place there, like concerts, festivals or exhibitions - and I love love meeting new people on the way! I would much rather spend an afternoon exploring exciting topics of conversation over a nice cup of coffee with a new friend, than visiting the sights; hopefully building a lifelong friendship as we go! Upon meeting me I am usually a rather quiet person who listens and asks a lot. I value open communication, respecting boundaries and active listening. If this is given, I feel secure to open up and show my passionate and energetic side and thereby really connect with a person. I respect all walkes of life and appreciate various types of humour; and I'm definitely curious of meeting people that can challenge and expand my own worldviews.

I felt safe, i had a lot of fun with my family, but I struggled with food because I'm vegetarian. The city is beautiful and FULL of history and art. I loved it. I suggest you to visit the museum of the war because it is underrated
