Solo travel
I stayed alone in a hostel for the first time and it was great. Salzburg is a quiet city but in the hostel, there was always someone around to talk to, and every evening, they showed "the sound of music" in their little cinema room. I did a free walking tour, which was amazing and a great opportunity to meet other solo travelers. The fortress was also really beautiful and had some exhibitions about the history inside. Overall I really enjoyed Salzburg!
