It is fairly safe I believe that media kinda shows it as a this gangsta city but it’s just like most cities with two sides. You just have to know where to avoid etc. the is nothing to worry about in places like Turgut Ozal boulevard, ziya paşa.

It is a beautiful and lively city. There are many places to visit. With its historical and cultural structure, it makes you feel at home. The weather is very hot in summer. But don't worry, the sun doesn't shoot :) people are as hot as the weather.

About Me

My name is Basmala which means in the name of god in Arabic. I’m Egyptian from Cairo but I live in Türkiye doing my bachelor degree. This is my third year in Türkiye I love it here but I haven’t been to many cities just adana (where I live) and Istanbul. Both countries are a huge part of my identity Cairo the big crowded city full of life (reminds me of istanbul) and Adana the students-friendly city where I met people from all over the world and taught so many things. I am a business student this is my second year. I still don’t know what I’ll do after college but I hope it involves lots of new experiences, cities, people, and maybe food.
