Schaffhausen is quite easy to navigate. The city is compact and boasts pedestrian-friendly streets. Cycling is very popular, and the local rental services are readily available. The public transportation system, including buses and trains, is reliable and efficient, providing connections to all parts of the city and its surroundings. However, as the city is hilly, it might require some effort to move around on foot or bike. Plus, not all places are accessible without transport. Language is not a significant barrier as English is widely understood.
