Be cautious, particularly at night, and avoid isolated areas. Engage with accommodation that employs trustworthy staff. Overall, common sense and vigilance should keep you safe.

Transport:Moderate

It's a somewhat comfortable experience traveling around Annaba. You may encounter language barriers as French and Arabic are predominantly spoken, and English is not widely understood. The city areas are relatively easy to navigate, but venturing into more rural parts can be slightly challenging. Things to do:Moderate

Annaba offers a unique blend of old and new world experiences for solo female travelers. Its spellbinding Mediterranean coastline and beautiful sandy beaches offer a perfect relaxation spot. History lovers can explore the area's impressive historical architecture such as the Basilica of St Augustine, the Hippo Regius ruins, and many captivating museums.
