I moved here 7 months ago. I haven't been harassed. It's just a good idea not to be too friendly towards men. I can easily go for a walk in the evenings. There are no incidents in the neighborhood I live in. I don't know how things are in the city center, but I feel safer in this city compared to other cities I've lived in.
