Is Sisli Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

It really depends on the area, but especially during the night I would be cautious everywhere. Osmanbey, Nisantasi, Pangaltı, Bomonti is usually safe, because they are crowded places. Ps; nothing bad happened to me before.

Şişli honestly feels like one of the safest areas I’ve been in since moving to Istanbul. It’s super busy and developed, so there’s always people around, which makes walking around especially during the day feel really secure. Even at night, I’ve never felt like I was in any real danger, especially in the more central parts like Mecidiyeköy or Nişantaşı.
