People can look at you if they realize that you are a foreigner but, that is mostly because almost no tourist visit our town. They are just curious. Just smile and keep walking. It is a kinda traditional city, so do not wear too much revealing clothes, it might backfire.. :)

Niğde is not safe for women. At nights, Young boys are around in the streets. I recommend "Konyalı Hanedan" restaurant in the center of the city. They have the best meats and lahmacun. Niğde is a small town so you can arrive everywhere by walking.
