Aydin is generally a safe and small city. But Türkiye has received a lot of refugee immigration in recent years, so the population has become complex. I can give it a safety score of 5/3.5. It does not require constant worry, but it may still be beneficial to be careful.

Aydın's city centre is filled with elderly people and students. Its a calm place to live. I dont choose to walk in the night but if I have to, it would be more safe in Mimar Sinan, Girne places. But I do not recommend going suburbs.
Posted: January 31, 2025The center of Aydin can be considered quite safe in general, since it is a small place, it is generally safe in the center and in the places where there are students, but in a way, the local people of Aydin can be old-fashioned and bigoted.

I’m an almost 29-year-old runner who wants to start travelling solo. My birthday is coming up, and I thought it would be fun to try something new, like travelling on my own! Besides travelling and running, I love learning about new cultures, trying new things, and literature. P.s. I have a shitty english so bear with me

Hey! I'm Buket, a tattoo artist from Aydın, Turkey. Art is my passion, and it has taken me on journeys across different cultures and places, constantly fueling my creativity and love for new experiences. I'm always up for a good conversation over a meal or a walk through the city. I'm easy-going, respectful, and always eager to learn something new from the people I meet. Looking forward to connecting with fellow travelers and making new sister friends along the way! 🌸
