We rented a villa, it was very safe. We didn't taste the local food. The weather was nice. The sea was too choppy, I didn't enjoy swimming. We did a boat tour, it was very nice. It was a good experience.

just don't go to the outskirts of the city late at night, at least bring a friend if you have to for some reason. I'd say watch for Muratpaşa + touristic parts. Bring a friend at LEAST. That's it. Love

Antalya could be one of the safest cities in Turkey, but it depends on where you are in the city. Konyaaltı, Kaş, Demre and Kemer may be considered safer. Hotel areas are also much safer, and the authorities generally treat tourists with respect.
