Is Krabi Province safe for solo female travelers?

Krabi was the highlight of my trip to Thailand, although everywhere was incredible, Krabi was a great balance of everything; activities, partying, exploring, island hopping, jungle, temples and food. I travelled with my besty and we both felt so at ease and relaxed. People might not always speak english but they are so friendly and eager to please.
