Is Phuket Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

Phuket generally has a reputation of being safe for solo female travelers. Many tourists visit every year without any problems. However, like any tourist destination, it is important to be aware of your surroundings. Avoid deserted areas at night, be cautious while interacting with strangers, and do not share your personal details with anyone. Also, refrain from accepting drinks from unknown individuals. To ensure your safety, book accommodations in well-reviewed places and use registered taxis or ride-hailing apps for transportation.

Seriously a safe and amazing island to explore all sorts of lifestyles from beachy and relaxed to fancy and dressed up. Safe for a woman because it is guys who have to worry about being chased by lady boys most of the times

Group travel

Phuket was a lovely safe place to visit with my sister The food was great and an experience, we travelled to Kophanang and always felt safe. Not that expensive and loads of shopping fun! Easy and safe to rent a bike to explore on your own

Phuket, Thailand is very safe for tourists. I loved every minute of it. I stayed at a hotel that was very close to restaurants and bars but it wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. I went to the famous night street and had so much fun.

Is Phuket safe for women?

I felt very safe in Ohuket. I’ve lived there for half a year, and never experienced any unsafe moments. I liked walking alone at night, especially in busier areas. Never did I have the feeling that someone would rob me. Also, people never catch called or anything.

Amazing nature and beaches Transportation was mainly the issue as there are no means of public transport on the island unless you will rent a scooter So Bolt was mainly used and if you are not a group it will be expensive. But it is a mixture of good nature and crystal clear water And also very vibrant nightlife Since it is one of the most commercial and touristy islands in Thailand was a bit expensive in comparison to other islands equally beautiful in thailand.

About Me

Hi, my names Jess, I’m 32 and I’m doing a solo trip to Thailand from Sydney from 27th November to around 13th December and would love to meet some girls who are also travelling to Thailand. I love nature, good food and drinks and adventure. I’m planning on staying in Phuket, Krabi and then Phi Phi Island (all for around 5 nights at each place). Would love to meet some girlies who have the same vibe 😊🥂💖
