A peaceful and pleasant small town where public transportation isn’t particularly convenient but still manageable. Prices are relatively high for a rural area, and the people are very friendly, though there’s room for improvement in terms of following traffic rules. It connects to Taiwan’s beautiful Sun Moon Lake and Cingjing Farm, and you can even extend your trip all the way to Hualien and Taitung by self-driving. Choose a nice weather day to come and explore!
