Is Porto De Mos safe for solo female travelers?

I went to Puerto last April and I had the best time ever.  I originally was just going to be staying in Lisbon heard from a lot of people about how close it is and it did not disappoint!  It’s a much smaller cities in Lisbon but still has a really nice old town five in Centre. It’s got a tram that takes you directly to the beach and all the people are so lovely and nice.
