Is Celendín safe for solo female travelers?

Celendin is a beautiful ac very magical place. The city itself is small,the people there are super friendly and almost everybody is a musician, so you have music everywhere. There are some places, like a pizzeria close to plaza de armas, which was very good and not that expensive. In general is celendin pretty cheap, you get good street food very little money.
