Is Voorthuizen safe for solo female travelers?

You can walk alone through the centre and neighbourhoods without concern, also at night. It's very safe here. But do lock your bike, especially in summertime. But, do pay attention to your surroundings at night near the campsites. It’s not recommended to wander there alone, because it's secluded and very dark because of the trees. At day times it's perfectly safe to go there alone.
