Is Valle De Bravo safe for solo female travelers?

Quick getaway from the city. Valle De Bravo is a small town two hours away by bus from Mexico city, ticket to get there is 290 pesos one way from Central Mexico Poniente. I stayed in a tiny *emphasis on tiny* hostel 10 minutes away from the station called Hostel Alebrije. It was very cheap and included breakfast, but seriously tiny.
