As a girl, it’s definitely safe. I haven’t experienced any incidents or anything of that sort even late at night (around 1am or 2am too) even as a foreigner living in the city most if not all mind their own business but I’ve heard from my friends that at times there may be an old man or old woman who say something rude in Japanese (which I’m assuming is them saying ‘go back to your country or this is Japan)

Hiroshima-ppl come here from all over the world 🌍 Here is Japan. I live here more than 15yrs and I have never felt dangerous here. Walking alone around midnight and using train alone - absolutely safe :)
