I was really overwhelmed by Nagano. Naature is spiritual and ppl are really kind. maybe more kind than ppl in my town Hiroshima. Solo girl trip? absolutely safe. I recommend shinshu soba and apple juice🍎

Solo travel

Very safe for solo travelers, recommend seeing the monkeys. Good to know some basic Japanese as less English used in rural areas. Be sure to visit a local bath house for an interesting authentic experience.
