Is 5000 Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

It's actually a very calm city compared to bigger ones. I live close to the center, so I can sometimes om the weekends hear a few people walking outside and talking, a bit drunk as they walk from one bar to another, but nothing bad. I don't really go partying, so I don't know how that would be, but usually, even that is pretty calm and uneventful as most people stick to their own group and remain polite.
