Is Namur Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

Namur is safe by day wherever you go, but I will suggest you to avoid mostly the Rogier street, there is a lot of drug deals. I would not suggest a solo female traveler to walk by night in Namur, i've never had problems, but I've heard from other girls some scary experience..so stay safe and walk at leat by two people :)

Honestly, don’t go out alone at night, especially around the train station or in poorly lit areas. It’s basic common sense, of course. It's pretty safe but don't go Louise park and Bruxelles street at night , drug crazy people. But during the day it's very safe. Beautiful rivers and calm city. Namur is surrounded by nature with is amazing

Namur is one of the safest city I know for girls. I like going out late at night and do it frequently, coming back home late and alone is not a problem. Of course we hear things and you can get harassed by guys but not like in big towns.
