Is Tizi Ouzou safe for solo female travelers?

Day walks are absolutely safe the more humble you dress up the safer it gets. avoiding alone promenades the evening/night highly recommended. It is common that people stare at you in the street when it is very obvious you are a foreigner but it is just curiosity nothing bad behind.

Actually the city is very safe as a whole but still when you'll walk on the road men will always look at you in a very disgusting way or either accost you while you asked for nothing, some drunk men may be dangerous but generally if u're still in day not in an isolated road there's no danger to be afraid of ^^
