Hi I’m Jimena I’m a Mexican-American solo female traveler currently on a trip around Europe I would love to use this experience to meet people and learn their culture. I can also would love to share stories of life and just experience the city through your eyes. I personally started traveling when I was young through Mexico seeing the pyramids and the rich culture of my country inspired me to travel outside when i could. I could give you recommendations for Mexico and help you with your Spanish. Nos vemos! ☺️

I love cycling, hiking, camping, and outdoors in general. The city can be overwhelming but it's nice to always have something to do around the corner. I work at a bike shop and we occasionally host diverse activities for the community. I did solo backpacking in South America for 3 years and then came back and settled in Mexico City. I would love to go back to the travel lifestyle but for now only do the occasional short trip, mainly on my bicycle! My preferred pronouns are they/them.

Hi!! I’m Dani, a Mexican traveler and architecture student. I speak Spanish, English, and French, and I’m learning Italian and German. I had the chance to live in France for a year as an exchange student. I love exploring new cultures through art, architecture, and food. I enjoy dancing, going out, meeting genuine people, and making the most out of life with good food and positive vibes. I’m currently traveling across Europe for summer vacation and would love to connect with other women travelers to share stories, tips, or just a nice walk through the city.

I personally loved Merida. It felt perfectly safe during the day and night. Merida, like all of the Yucatán peninsula, is very expensive. It's close to european prices. The city is very touristy and "americanized" with many international restaurants and shops but you can still find good local food. From there, I visited Chichen Itza with a tour, and there are many cool Cenotes you can check out. I definitely recommend you do that.
