Hi, I'm Minami and I'm 28. I absolutely love exploring new places and hanging out with ppl. I currently live pretty close to Shinjuku/ Shibuya. (You need to walk for like 15min from my place to the closest station, but the train ride's about 15min for both) If you're ever in Tokyo and need a place to crash, feel free to reach out anytime😊 I'm gonna be in Finland from June 14th-21st Hopefully I can meet up with some fellow travellers💟 Minami

About me

I’m an avid traveler but new to traveling solo. For those requesting to be hosted: I live quite out of the central city and take over an hour to commute into the city. I don’t think my place is ideal if you wanna be close to the city. More than happy to share some travel tips though!

About me

【about me 】 I like outdoor activities. Rock climbing, indoor bouldering, motorbike (Honda Rebel), diving, hiking, driving boats etc.. My friends describe me as very energetic and adventurous person as I already hiked Mt Fuji 3 times. I’m very familiar with local Japanese mountains, so hit me up if you want advices. 【Travel】 My travel style is buy experiences rather than buy the things. I like to travel like a local, so I always try to get connection with local ppl wherever I go so that I can find hidden jems.

Solo travel

Tokyo was a very safe city. The street was very bright and there were many people on streets even in nights. And convenience store foods are really good. You must try those. I recommend egg sandwich and tuna triangle seaweed rice.

Family travel

Tokyo is a pretty safe city. Most employees in Tokyo can speak English especially in high end areas. In other areas, where communication can be confusing, staff may be rude from frustration. My favourite place I ate at was in Ginza- Kojiro the meal sets were amazing and affordable! Especially for such a high end street!
