I’m an avid traveler but new to traveling solo. For those requesting to be hosted: I live quite out of the central city and take over an hour to commute into the city. I don’t think my place is ideal if you wanna be close to the city. More than happy to share some travel tips though!

【about me 】 I like outdoor activities. Rock climbing, indoor bouldering, motorbike (Honda Rebel), diving, hiking, driving boats etc.. My friends describe me as very energetic and adventurous person as I already hiked Mt Fuji 3 times. I’m very familiar with local Japanese mountains, so hit me up if you want advices. 【Travel】 My travel style is buy experiences rather than buy the things. I like to travel like a local, so I always try to get connection with local ppl wherever I go so that I can find hidden jems.

Moved to Tokyo last year for my masters! I study clinical psychology, currently in a second year. I’m French Japanese, grew up mostly in Japan, Kansai region (Osaka/Kobe/Nara). I’m still exploring and discovering Tokyo, maybe we can do that together 🦋 I’m up for giving tips on Osaka/Nara/Kyoto showing Tokyo around meeting up for coffee hosting (when i’m not too busy with my studies) about Hosting ↪︎ one room apartment, I can offer a small sofa or futon bed on the floor. not spacious🖐🏼 ↪︎ I live in Hachioji which is around an hour away from the city (ex: Yokohama/Shinjuku/Shibuya/Shimokitazawa/Jiyūgaoka/Kichijoji/Kōenji, simple to commute). Super rural area lol. But if you plan to hike in Mt. Takao or visit Sanrio Puroland, it’s not a bad location 🌟🌟🌟

It's a safe clean city with lots of visitors. Even though sometimes people don't speak English, they try their best to communicate or find the connection with you. I found it's a good city for female travellers

Hii☀️ I was in Tokyo from 03/21 to 03/26 and I loved it! The accommodation is the most expensive I think, the rest was pretty cheap. The food is soo good and it's really practical to have stores open 24/7! There's a lot of things to do, I went to temples, disney sea, an onsen(or baths at least) and teamlab! Parks are great too !! Japanese people are the kindest! It was my first time traveling alone so I was scared but they honestly made each day so much better💞 I really recommend it, I will definitely go back again!!
