Hello, If someday meet, you may call me Ariadne and then I'll tell you not to, because I am now Selinh (Selinh is a personification of the moon as a femininity, in greek language). If someday meet, we should talk all night about art and then hike on a hill on sunrise, there we may write a poem into which we'll escape as we were film characters. We should walk around the city as wounded fairies and fill all walls with brave and wild words about justice. We should explore (inner and outer) and travel the world, so that to remember all the important things we've forgotten. Or we can just hang out and chill 💘 🇵🇸🏴☠️🧜🏼♀️🦌🌱 (Safe place for all queers here ❤️🔥) (Send a message to say hi, it's so nice we can actually meet!!)

Hello! Although I am new to this app, I love hosting people and meeting faces from around the world. I currently live in the beautiful island of Crete, but I am originally from the north of Greece (Thessaloniki). I also love hosting animals. I currently work in public education as a psychologist and I am doing a masters degree in critical pedagogy. I keep myself busy with lots of activities, like collective projects, political action, nature exploration, music, movement and more.

Hey! My name is Mafie and I come from Crete, Greece. For half my life I have lived all over the country, but eventually I returned to Chania (Khanià) a few years ago, and moved into our summer house in Kalamaki beach, where I have spent most of my childhood vacations. Currently, I am being hosted by my cat Hôla who, of course, is the main tenant!! Beyond being local, I've always loved cretan nature, and its unique and deserty magnificence! I often go for wild camping and hiking, and you are most welcome to join me! I have big experience in hosting people (I have used Couch Surfing since 2012, airBnB since 2015, TrustRoots and BeWelcome since 2022 and back in the day, when I had a fb profile, I also used Host A Sister. Fyi, I have used all of them mostly as a host. I love hosting people and getting to know them and share culture, ideas and experiences. To me, hosting experiences can be as intense as a trip abroad (minus the expenses, lol), thus I constantly try to host people. The whole experience eventually made me more open-minded and tolerant towards others, while helping me form a huge part of who I am today. That is why the changes on CS led me to choose other platforms, in hopes of finding an alternative to what I consider Hosting people actually stands for. I just hope my guests enjoy the chance as much as I do :)

I loved Chania, there are many tours to do around, from 6-100 euros aproximately per tour our full day trip to awesome beaches and areas nearby, so Id say thats super budget friendly. hostels start at like 15euro if thats a vibe you are into.
