You can get to Medulin by flying to Pula and later taking a bus. Place is quite small, I recommend to go before the season begins. Best time is late May early June. That have good food and coffee. 

Please ladies be careful with waitress!! They are not safe, that try to be nice, but once they see you are drunk they try to take you home. I had this situation happened to me and I meet other traveling women who had this happen too. 
 
Overall place is nice to visit, for no longer than a week.
