Hi, I’m Ivana! I’m from Skopje, Macedonia, but now living in the vibrant city of Zagreb. I’m a barista by day and a Spanish translator by heart. I’m passionate about traveling, whether it’s exploring mountains, camping under the stars, or soaking up the sun by the sea—I love connecting with nature. You’ll also find me dancing to house, techno, or Latino beats, or seeking out alternative spots with great vibes. Tattoos, cooking and good vibes are my jam. Let’s connect and share adventures!

Filipina
Hello, my name is Filipina and I live in Croatia. When I don’t work I like to spend my time traveling and dicovering new places. I have a lot of hobbies because my adhd is not letting me pick just one and master it 😝 I like sport, music and film festivals, love dancing and also reading, writing, making stuff, gardening, decorating. My biggest diy was 2 years ago, laying tiles and then making my kitchen from a scratch. Love playing chess and board games. Also I am interested in trying and learning new skills, open for suggestions and ideas.

Zagreb is an amazing city with so many beautiful things to see. I enjoyed the food and drinks over there. Also I felt really safe even at night. It's a really beautiful city.A little pricey but not too much
Posted: April 2, 2025Experienced: March, 2024I traveled from Zagreb to Zadar, Split/Hvar and Dubrovnik by Flixbus. Pretty easy using the bus as the it's not that expensive and the trips are not that long. In Zadar 'Backpackers Home' is definitely a hostel I recommend! It's a super cosy hostel with a nice garden where you can chill and meet fellow travellers. I really loved the country as you get a good mixture of nature and smaller cities. Besides that it's also super safe for a solo female traveller! Because of the fact that the country became really popular last few years it also means the prices increased, but it's still pretty affordable. Only Dubrovnik is reallye expensive... One of the advantages of Dubrovnik on the other hand is that you can easily do a daytrip to Montenegro (Kotor) or Herzegovina (Mostar) which I would really recommend! For me Croatia was an ideal country to do for a first solo trip! I met some amazing people along the way...
