Hi, I was in Varna for three days. There are a lot of tourists, and I would recommend having a translation app on your phone because many people don’t speak English. Also, some locals can come across as a bit rude. The beaches and the food are great, and the prices are affordable. Unfortunately, I felt a bit unsafe when I was outside the tourist areas, and I was catcalled. I would recommend city breaks in Bulgaria.
