Hi my lovely travel girlies 🩷 I’m new on this app and still trying to figure out how everything works. I’m a bit shy with things like this, so I’m not even sure if I’m doing it right, but I wanted to give it a try and see where it takes me 🙈. I’m on a gap year after finishing high school in Switzerland and thought it would be fun to meet new people, make friends and maybe plan a little adventure together. I’d really love to do a weekend getaway to Paris, drink coffee, walk through cute streets and pretend we’re the main characters for a moment. But I’m also totally open to other ideas and different destinations if you have something in mind. Always happy to chat, plan something or just get to know new girlies on here 💕

Its very safe to come here and even walk around at night in most places in basel and in switzerland in general. People arent very open and talkative but there arent lots of crimes here and you mostly feel safe throughout the city
Posted: November 22, 2025Basel is a safe place, but you have to know where to go. There are some areas you have to avoid like the Matthäus-Quartier by night or around the train station or kleinhüningen. You have to lock your bike every time.
Posted: October 18, 2025As long as you dont arent around the shady areas of kleinbasel im the night, about everything is alright. Othetwise it is all quite safe. I wouldnt be to worried about getting robbed. After 24:00 I would advise to not be alone on the streets, but compared to other cities its safe!
Posted: July 1, 2025I felt really safe in Basel. I didn't have to worry about getting home safely after dark. I believe it is really safe for women becasue I think people are willing to help when you are in danger or if you ask for help.
